Custom Ponies start from $329 depending on weight, and are 16 inches long. Each one is hand-matched to your unique shade for a flawless, natural finish that shines under stage lights.

How it works

1. Send us a video — a short clip of your hair in natural daylight, via WhatsApp +64 21 730 632 or email hello@lotteandbelleco.com.

2. We match your colour — our team reviews it and hand-selects your closest custom shade.

Colour is matched as closely as possible, but an exact match can't be guaranteed due to lighting, camera and screen variables — so custom ponies are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for colour reasons. Natural daylight footage gives the most accurate result.

Your pony arrives unstyled — your blank canvas to add your own volume and curls, or style it at our Pony Bar. Secure it with our Perfect Ponytail Fix Kit (sold separately).
