Where we ship
Lotte & Belle Co ships to New Zealand, Australia, USA and selected international destinations worldwide.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment being received. During peak competition season or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays with you directly.
Custom Colour Match orders require additional lead time due to the bespoke nature of the product. Your timeline will be confirmed at the point of order.
Shipping rates & estimated delivery
New Zealand — Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Australia — Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International (all other countries) — Flat rate of $25 NZD. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@lotteandbelleco.com.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@lotteandbelleco.com or via WhatsApp on +64 21 730 632 and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Lotte & Belle Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
