How do I remove the perfect ponytail?

Removing your ponytail is just as easy as putting it in. Simply snip the securing thread and gently remove the ponytail. Your natural hair stays smooth — no teasing or washing required afterwards.

How does the custom colour match work?

Simply send us a short video of your hair out in the sunlight via WhatsApp or email, and our team will carefully match your colour. We will then send you a personalised quote within 2–3 working days for your custom ponytail.
